Jiaxin TU won the1st runner-up team award at the United Nations SDG International eTournament 2020. The eTournament attracted 416 students from 42 countries/regions to join. 84 teams of 4 or 5 students were formed at the beginning of the eTournament. The eTournament consisted of 2 stages — in Stage 1 (5 days), the teams got familiar with their teammates and the game, and worked out the strategies for the PaGamO game in Stage 2. 207 students finished the second stage (7 days), during which they competed with others on PaGamO by answering questions related to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Becky XU won an award at the 60-second Talent Pitch competition which was held at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation Career Expo 2019. Becky was named by the audience as the winner of the Most Favoured Talent award. She said that her ability to quickly summarise her various academic and career achievements and awards earned the audience’s recognition.  During the contest, participants were given just 60 seconds on stage to draw the attention of potential employers in a high-pressure interview situation.
